Corporate members are an integral part of the Keiretsu Forum community and enjoy the following benefits.

Participation in the Keiretsu Forum Academy

The objective of the Keiretsu Forum Academy is to better educate our members on private equity investing. It covers topics such as the pitfalls of angel investing, term sheets, company valuations, deal structuring and terms of financing.  The Academies are hosted at Sponsor offices and Sponsor representatives participate on the panels.
