Keiretsu forum is not affiliated with the presenting companies and does not endorse, invest in, assist with investment in or recommend any of the companies (or the securities of such companies) that may seek funding through Keiretsu Forum members. A presentation of a company to Keiretsu Forum members does not guarantee the company funding. Any offers to, or investments made in a Keiretsu Forum presenting company, will be to investor’s individual capacity and not on behalf of Keiretsu Forum. Consequently, investors conduct their own due diligence in connection with any investment in companies, including but not limited to legal, tax and investment advice, and investors are not relying upon any person, firm or corporation, other than the companies and its officers and directors, in making his/her investment or decision to invest in the companies.
